EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please log in to your account at https://account.hellobecomingher.store and submit a return or cancellation request.

Made-to-Order Products All our products are made to order. For customers outside the EU, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons, as each item is produced specifically for you.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or refund.

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return request and confirmation.

Order Cancellations

As all our products are made to order and production begins within 1-2 hours of your order being placed, we can only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please log in to your account at https://account.hellobecomingher.store and submit a cancellation request as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations requested after production has begun.
